Open Evening

Our Open Evening for 2025 will take place from 17:30-19:30 on Wednesday 10th September.

There will be two presentations from the Headteacher, which will begin at 17:30 and 18:30. Seating for these will be on a first come, first served basis.

You will also have the option to meet students, teachers, and tour the school.

Tours of Holmleigh Park

We strongly recommend you visit the school to see it in action. We do not run Open Mornings, as we think it is more useful for parents to see what a normal school day looks like. We are therefore happy to offer tours. These will normally be with the Headteacher, or a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and in small groups. The booking form for the Autumn 2026 tours will be available in July 2026.

HP in Action Tours with the Headteacher

We are delighted to invite you to attend an HP In Action Tour with the Headteacher. These tours are available every Tuesday at 10:00am and can be booked here.

This tour offers a unique opportunity to:

• Observe classes in session to see our teaching and learning first-hand.
• Explore our facilities and learning environment.
• Speak directly with the Headteacher about our school’s vision, values, and how we support our students.

Important Details:

Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled slot to sign in at the main reception.

Check-in: You will be required to sign in and wear a yellow Visitor lanyard as part of our safeguarding procedures.

Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please use the link in your confirmation email to cancel so we can open the slot for another family.
