Dear Parents/Carers

As we reach the end of an extremely busy year I am writing to inform you of the details for Friday 19th July 2019.

The school day and timetable will be as normal up until the end of the lesson 4, 13.05pm. At 13.05pm the school day will finish for students and they can leave the school site to go home. If students are entitled to free school meals these will be available to be collected at the end of lesson 4.

At the end of the day we will be holding a staff meeting to say goodbye to colleagues leaving us.

As the day is slightly shorter, buses will be altered to reflect this. The details of the day are:

8.30-8.40am             Line Up

8.40-9.00am             Tutor Time Reading

9.00-9.55am            Period 1

9.55-10.50am           Period 2

10.50-11.15am         Break

11.15-12.10am         Period 3

12.10-1.05pm           Period 4

13.05pm                    Staff Meeting 

Term re-starts for students on Wednesday 4th September 2019 at 8.30a.m.
